Which plugin should I use?
Accessibility Fixer addresses common storefront accessibility issues. Shipping Rules Tester helps investigate zones and local shipping rates. Stale Order Cleaner finds old orders by status and age for review before deletion. Install the tool that matches the problem you need to solve.
Where do I find the current install links?
Accessibility Fixer is available on WordPress.org. Shipping Rules Tester is submitted for review, with its source available on GitHub. Stale Order Cleaner is available through its GitHub repository. The plugin catalog links to each current install or source page.
What should I include in a support request?
Tell us the plugin name and version, your WordPress and WooCommerce versions, the steps you took, and what you expected to happen. Include a screenshot or error message if it helps explain the issue. Leave passwords, API keys, and customer information out of the message.
Shipping Rules Tester
Is Shipping Rules Tester available on WordPress.org?
The plugin has been submitted for review. A WordPress.org install link will be added here after approval. You can view the source and installation instructions on GitHub now.
Will a test change my shipping settings or create an order?
No. The tester reads your current configuration and calculates a sample result. It does not change shipping settings, products, orders, or customers. Test inputs and results are not saved.
Which shipping methods can I test?
The tester supports built-in flat rate, free shipping, and local pickup when they can be calculated from a sample package. Methods that need live cart data or an external provider are marked as skipped, with an explanation.
Does it fetch live rates from shipping carriers?
No. External shipping providers are never called. Test carrier rates and integrations separately at your store checkout.
Can I use saved products and compare destinations?
Yes. Select a saved product to use its price, weight, dimensions, shipping class, and tax class. You can also build a multi-item package. Choose Keep result and test another to compare scenarios in the current browser tab. Comparisons clear when you leave the page or choose Clear comparison.
Does this replace a real checkout test?
No. Sample packages don't include coupons, customer roles, subscriptions, or live-cart state. Use the tester to investigate local shipping rules, then check the full customer journey at checkout.
What does my store need to run it?
WordPress 6.6 or later, PHP 7.4 or later, and an active WooCommerce installation. It works with HPOS because it does not depend on order storage. Package values use your store currency and weights use your configured weight unit.

Accessibility Fixer
Does Accessibility Fixer replace an accessibility review?
No. It helps address common issues such as missing image alt text and form labels. You still need to check whether descriptions are meaningful and whether visitors can complete your actual shopping and checkout flows. Installing a plugin does not certify compliance.
Will it work with my theme and checkout?
Theme overrides, custom templates, and other extensions can affect the result. Check the relevant storefront pages after applying fixes and after updates. If you find a conflict, contact support with the theme name, plugin versions, and steps to reproduce it.
Where can I check compatibility before installing?
Use the current WordPress.org listing for requirements, the changelog, and installation instructions. Check those requirements against your store before installing or updating.
Stale Order Cleaner
Which orders can Stale Order Cleaner remove?
It finds pending, failed, cancelled, draft, and trashed orders using status and minimum-age filters. Completed, processing, and on-hold orders are excluded from cleanup. Run a dry scan to review the matching records before deletion.
Can I undo an order deletion?
No. Deletion permanently removes matching order records. Review the dry-run results and keep a backup before cleanup. Deleting an order does not delete the customer account.
Does Stale Order Cleaner work with HPOS?
Yes. It supports both legacy WooCommerce order tables and High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).
